Camden-10.5 months

Our sweet Camden is almost 11 months old and I can't believe it. He has such a sweet personality and really brightens up our days. Camden is growing up so quick and is always on the go. From 7 AM to 9 PM he never stops going! Here are some facts about cam at 10 months:

- I have to constantly watch him because everything goes in his mouth.
- he loves all animals, including Lou.
- he throws a fit every time I change his diaper
- loves to play in the dirt, chase his older cousins & play outside.
- has learned to give people dirty looks, haha
- drinks out of a sippy as long as it has a straw.
- will sit still long enough to eat as long as I have the iPad set up with baby Einstein.
- He is down to three bottles total.
- loves to give big slobbery kisses.
- is always smiling and is so happy.
- has three funny little teeth
- walks all around the furniture and can pull himself up anywhere.
- loves other kids and is always invading personal space, haha
- is always destroying the house. He's into every cupboard, drawer, and shelf. Can find any cord, crumb or outlet and will NOT leave the stairs alone.

Our little bug is sure a handful but we wouldn't trade him for anything! We love our little man!! We have a crazy next couple months ahead of us which includes a move across the country and a two hour time change with a wild baby. Wish us luck! Haha

SUNDANCE

Last weekend we went with our summer sales office on a trip! We went and stayed at a cabin in Heber City and went snowboarding at sundance! We had so much fun and I'm glad we have so many good friends in our office. Thanks everyone for the fun trip.

9 MONTHS

I cannot believe sweet Camden is already 9 months old. He has grown so much lately and learns

new things every day. At 9 months, Camden:

- crawls everywhere.. He started this at 8 months

- has two funny teeth.. They are both on the bottom but they are not next to each other. Ha, he looks like a little pumpkin.

- he can play peek-a-boo, pat-a-cake, and will throw a ball back and forth for hours.

- he is not a good eater. He loves his bottles WAY too much!

- he tugs at my pant leg and says mamama when he wants me to pick him up.

- loves the veggie dip gerber bites

- loves sticking his tongue out and sucks on everything.

- sleeps from around 9PM - 7 AM and wakes up once in between.

- takes 3 naps ( morning, afternoon, & evening)

- he loves to unfold my laundry as fast as I can fold it.

- walks around tables and along the couch.

- loves watching kids play, especially his cousins

- will find the tiniest crumb no matter how clean the floors are.

- constantly pulls the door stoppers.

We just love our little buggy & we are so grateful each day that he is ours!

DECEMBER

December has been such a fun month for us. But, it started out not too fun because Camden came home from daycare with the stomach flu. The poor little guy was throwing up for 3 days. He just layed around, cried, slept a ton, and would not eat his bottle. It was the saddest thing and everyday I wished it was me that was sick and not him. Finally after about 8 days, he was finally back to his smiley little self. We went to Christmas parties. Camden saw lots of different Santa's. Cam and I stayed in Richfield for almost a week before Christmas and then went back for 4 days to celebrate Christmas. We got to see sweet McKinlay get blessed, cute Kaylen play in his first piano recital, and spend lots of time with our families.

THANKSGIVING

This year for Thanksgiving we did the usual.. went to Richfield, had two thanksgiving dinners, went black Friday shopping (kind of), saw lots of friends and family, went to Breaking Dawn, and Austin played in the Turkey Bowl. We had a wonderful thanksgiving and I am very thankful for all the wonderful things I have in my life, especially my family & friends. Holidays are so much more fun with a little guy around. I can't wait for Christmas! :) My family had Thanksgiving at my grandparents house. Even though they are no longer alive, we thought it'd be fun to prepare and eat dinner at their house like we always did.

5 MONTHS

Camden is now 5 months old. I cannot believe how fast time has flown by. But, I love each new stage that he gets in to. He is so much fun and learns something new everyday. Camden went to the dr a couple days before he turned 5 months and this is what we learned:

WEIGHT: 15.1 LBS - 30%
HEIGHT: 26.18 IN - 71%
HEAD CIRC: 16.5 IN - 24%

So, he is STILL long and skinny. I swear I feed him, ha! In fact, he eats a ton. I even started him on rice & baby food at 4 months. He is just so active that he burns a ton of calories a day. He never sits still and he is constantly rocking back and forth. Here are some fun facts about sweet little Camden at 5 months:

- He is bald. Very bald. Well, I guess he does have a small patch in the back, haha!
- He rolls EVERYWHERE. If you put him on one side of the room, he'll roll clear over to the other side.
- He loves Austin's parents dog, Lou. He will watch his every move and just laugh right out loud.
- He has a hard time eating from a spoon because he wants to be looking at everything in the kitchen or grabbing everything on the counter.
- He eats 7 oz about every 3 hours & one meal of rice/baby food at night.
- He has been getting up at like 5:00 AM every morning. Fun, right?
- He can almost sit up all by him self. You just have to hold one of his hands. He can sit alone for about 10 seconds.
- He wants to crawl so bad. He just lays on his tummy and rocks back and forth until he moves a little.
- He wears 3-6 month clothes and can fit in a few 6-9 months.
- He loves me to sing "Hush Little Baby" to him. I don't know why but it always calms him down.
- He got really sick with his last shots and had a fever of 103. :(

-He loves to stand on his feet

-He does really well at sleeping in his own crib. He has been doing this since he was about 3 1/2 months old

-He loves bath time & will suck on a rag the whole time

-No matter how mad or sad he is, he will ALWAYS smile for his daddy

BLACK TIE PARTY

A few weeks ago we headed up to SLC for a party for Austin & Ty's work. We went to the party Fri night, spent the night in SLC, slept in for the first time in months and went shopping the next day. It was our first night away from little Cam but I know he had a blast in Richfield with all his grandparents & cousins. Thanks to Vivint for a fun night and to our families for tending. :)
